## Method

Anonymised real briefs are double-coded against a pre-registered rubric. Structural completeness is measured, not creative brilliance.
Sample: Pilot: 40–60 briefs. Full first wave: at least 200 Nordic briefs.

- Mandate and approvals

## Limitations
- The opt-in sample is not fully representative.
- Documents and identifying details are never published.
