## Steg

1. **Choose task types** — Decide what to outsource: overflow production, adaptations, pitch material or ongoing reporting.
2. **Set up the workflow** — Add the agency's templates, brand guidelines and naming standard in Hasty Workspace.
3. **Run a pilot** — Test with a live assignment and measure lead time, number of revisions and credit usage.
4. **Price it on** — Use the credit cost as your purchase price and add the agency margin in the quote.

## Resultat

The agency gets a production department with a known cost per assignment, without hiring or locking in freelancers.
