## Steg

1. **List the recurring work** — Write down everything produced every month: social posts, ads, presentations, newsletters, reports.
2. **Add the peaks** — Add campaigns, trade shows, launches and recruitment material that appear a few times a year.
3. **Translate into credits** — Enter the tasks in the price calculator — every task type has a known credit usage.
4. **Add margin** — Add 15–20 per cent for unplanned work and pick the level closest to the total.
