## What can be reported

- Breaches of law in areas such as procurement, data protection, financial services and product safety.
- Fraud, corruption or other financial irregularities.
- Serious failings in the working environment or discrimination.
- Other serious misconduct where there is a public interest in disclosure.

## How to report

Report to privacy@norrhavet.com. Reports can be submitted anonymously, and we take no steps to identify an anonymous reporter.

You may also request a physical meeting within a reasonable time if you prefer.

## Time limits

In accordance with the whistleblowing law, we aim to confirm receipt of a report within 7 days and to provide feedback on any action taken no later than 3 months after that confirmation. These timeframes reflect statutory starting points and may be affected in individual cases by the nature and complexity of the matter.

## Protection against retaliation

Anyone who reports a suspected misconduct in good faith is protected against retaliation such as dismissal, demotion or other adverse action as a result of the report. Retaliation is prohibited by law and treated as a serious HR matter at Norrhavet Group AB.

## Who can report

Employees, consultants, interns, board members and others who have become aware of misconduct through their work with or for Hasty can use the whistleblowing channel.

## External reporting

You may also report directly to a competent authority, such as the Swedish Work Environment Authority, designated to receive external reports under the whistleblowing law, if you prefer or if internal reporting has not led to action.
