# Sub-processors

> This page lists the sub-processors Norrhavet Group AB (which owns and operates the Hasty brand) uses to deliver the service, their purpose, and where they process data. The list is informative and may change over time. All sub-processors are bound by agreements that ensure the same level of protection as our data processing agreement.

## Cloud hosting

Providers that host Hasty Workspace, store files and run the application infrastructure.

- Purpose: server operations, database storage and backups.
- Region: EU/EEA.

## Email

Providers used for transactional email, notifications and customer communication.

- Purpose: reliable email delivery and service-related communication.
- Region: EU/EEA.

## Analytics

Tools that measure usage of the website and Hasty Workspace to improve the service.

- Purpose: statistics, product improvement and troubleshooting.
- Region: EU/EEA.

## Payment

Provider that handles card details and billing for subscriptions.

- Purpose: payment processing and invoicing.
- Region: EU/EEA.

## Support tools

Systems used for customer support, ticketing and chat.

- Purpose: customer service and case handling.
- Region: EU/EEA.

## AI providers

Providers of AI models used to produce drafts and creative material based on the customer's briefs.

- Purpose: generating text, images and other creative material.
- Region: EU/EEA, with agreed safeguards for any processing outside the region.

## Nature of the list and changes

This list is informative and describes the situation at a given point in time. Norrhavet Group AB may add, remove or replace sub-processors on an ongoing basis as the service develops.

Under the main agreement, the customer grants a general prior authorisation for Norrhavet Group AB to engage sub-processors according to this list and future updates to it, provided the customer is given a reasonable period to object under the terms below.

## Changes and right to object

Norrhavet Group AB notifies customers with reasonable notice, normally at least 30 days, via email or Hasty Workspace before engaging a new sub-processor or replacing an existing one.

Customers may object to a new sub-processor by contacting privacy@norrhavet.com within the stated objection period. If an objection cannot be resolved in a manner acceptable to both parties, this may mean that Norrhavet Group AB is unable to deliver the service, or the affected part of the service, to the customer, and that part of the agreement may be terminated.
