## 1. Our ambition

Our ambition is for the website to comply with WCAG 2.1 level AA. We continuously work to identify and address shortcomings as content and components are developed and updated.

## 2. What we do on an ongoing basis

- Develop according to established guidelines and test basic navigation using keyboard and screen readers.
- Improve contrast, links, alt text and structure as content and components are updated.
- Document known deviations and plan remedies based on impact and technical feasibility.

## 3. Known limitations and exceptions

The following areas may temporarily or permanently deviate from WCAG:

- Embedded third-party content and widgets, such as video, maps and form providers.
- Older documents, media files and campaign pages produced before the current guidelines were introduced.
- User-generated or customer-supplied material where we do not control the source content.
- Temporary A/B tests and new components being rolled out.

## 4. How to report shortcomings

If you experience accessibility issues, contact us at mattias@hasty.se. Describe which page it concerns, what the problem is, and preferably how you use the website.

We will get back to you with a fix or a reasonable alternative. If a full fix is not possible within a reasonable time, we offer reasonable alternatives, such as information in another format.

## 5. Limitation of liability

The website is provided as is, to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for shortcomings caused by third-party platforms, embeds, browser support outside the providers' own guidelines, or content controlled by parties other than us.

Full WCAG compliance is not guaranteed for all material on the website.

In customer projects, accessibility requirements only apply if expressly agreed.

An accessibility audit and remediation plan can be ordered as an additional service.
