# Code of Conduct

> Hasty's code of conduct describes how we act towards customers, colleagues, partners and society. It applies to all employees, consultants and partners working for Hasty.

## Our principles

This code of conduct summarises the principles that govern how we at Hasty work and conduct ourselves. It applies to all employees, consultants, subcontractors and partners who perform work for Hasty, regardless of role or location.

The code of conduct complements our agreements and policies. Where legislation sets higher requirements, the law always applies.

## Honesty and business ethics

- We are honest in our marketing and never promise results we cannot stand behind.
- We do not accept bribes, improper benefits or any other form of corruption, whether given or received.
- We avoid conflicts of interest and declare them openly.
- We compete fairly and never speak ill of competitors or customers.

## Respect and equal treatment

We treat everyone with respect, regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation or background. Discrimination, harassment and bullying are not accepted – neither internally nor in contact with customers and partners.

## Confidentiality and information protection

- Customer information, strategies and materials that are not public are treated confidentially, even after the collaboration has ended.
- We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR and our privacy policy.
- We never share customers' materials, logins or data with unauthorised parties.

## Quality and accountability in delivery

We deliver work we are proud of. Every delivery must meet the quality we have promised and be on-brand for the customer. We take responsibility for our mistakes and correct them within the scope of what has been agreed.

## Responsible use of AI

We use AI tools in accordance with our AI policy and the EU AI Act. AI-generated material is always reviewed by a human before delivery, and we are transparent with customers about how AI is used in their projects.

## Sustainability and social responsibility

We strive to minimise our environmental impact in our own operations and in our choice of suppliers, and we encourage long-term, sustainable solutions in customer projects over short-term shortcuts.

## Reporting violations

Anyone who experiences or discovers something that conflicts with this code of conduct is encouraged to report it. Reports can be made to your nearest manager or anonymously via our whistleblowing channel. No one who reports in good faith risks retaliation.

## Intellectual property and confidentiality

Rights to material we produce transfer to the customer as set out in the agreement and only once payment has been made in full. Until then, the customer has no right to use, publish or transfer the material.

Tools, templates, working methods and underlying components developed by us remain the property of Norrhavet Group AB. Confidentiality undertakings are mutual and continue to apply after the engagement ends.

## Status and application of the code

Hasty is a brand owned and operated by Norrhavet Group AB, Bangatan 5A, 722 28 Västerås, Sweden. The code of conduct applies across the entire group.

The code is an internal governing document. It creates no rights for customers or other third parties and does not form part of any agreement. In the event of conflict, mandatory law and signed agreements take precedence over the code. We may amend the code, and amendments apply going forward. Swedish law applies.
